This policy explains your rights and the conditions that apply to returns, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through ShopAdda.

Words with capitalized initial letters have the meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether the terms are used in the singular or plural.

Orders refers to requests made by you to purchase Goods from us.

2. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date on which:
- You receive the Goods, or
- A third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, receives the delivered Goods.

If your return is approved, we will process the reimbursement no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Goods.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original Order. You will not be charged any additional fees for the reimbursement.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days
- The Goods are returned in their original packaging
Goods That Cannot Be Returned
The following Goods are not eligible for return:
- Goods made according to your specifications or clearly personalized for you
- Goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate rapidly
- Goods with an expired shelf life
- Goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sale Items
Only regularly priced Goods may be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, Goods purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
However, this restriction may not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
4. Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk involved in returning Goods to us.

For your protection, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
We may be unable to process a refund until we have:

5. Gifts
Gifts Shipped Directly to You
If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned Goods.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
Gifts Purchased by Another Person
If the Goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
